BALMAIN PROJECT

We combined extensive hard and soft landscaping to transform this property into a true garden sanctuary. Using different types of sandstone, we built a series of walls that define distinct garden zones and pathways, giving the space a sense of discovery as you move through it.

We planted over 1,000 plants across the garden and craned in mature trees to give the landscape instant presence and maturity, the kind of result that would normally take years to grow in.

To make the most of the property's peaceful lower level, we built a dedicated garden room designed purely to soak in the ambience. We also re-purposed an existing structure, opening it onto a new balcony that frames sweeping views over Sydney Harbour.

The result is a property that feels calm, considered, and completely transformed.
